REV Ends the RBI Tournament With Another Split

On Thursday afternoon, the REV Wildcats jumped out to an early 6-1 lead against Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). Chase Dabbs started on the mound against the Grizzlies, striking out four over four innings. Los Osos posted two runs each in the third and fourth innings, but Tyler Albanese and the Wildcats held off their advance. Jared Benash led REV’s offense, going 3 for 3. Benash, Dabbs, and Gabe Chaparro posted two RBI each in the 7-5 victory.

Dominic Miller got things going for REV against Xavier Prep (Palm Desert, CA) with a 2-RBI double, on Saturday morning. The Saints posted nine runs over four innings. The Wildcats made a charge in the bottom of the seventh inning but came up short in the 9-4 loss.

The Wildcats enter league play with a 2-2 overall record.
